GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prices include Spanish VAT 21%.

Invoices cannot be modified once they are issued.

For ESGE members discount the member number must be provided once the registration is made.

Early bird rate is available until 02/02/2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No name changes are allowed.

Until 02/02/2026 cancellations are allowed. A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the reimbursement. All reimbursements will be made after the
event is finished and have to be submitted in written form before the deadline.

From 03/02/2026, no cancellations are allowed and the full registration payment will be lost.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the conference will reimburse the participants the remaining amount after the deduction of all the incurred costs.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer 2 ways of payment, credit card or bank transfer.

Bank transfer costs and currency conversion rates costs must be paid by the attendee.

For bank transfer payments: your registration will not be fully confirmed until the payment has been received and confirmed by the organizing secretariat.

For credit card payments: as soon as the registration system accepts your payment, your registration is considered fully confirmed.
